Section
1 - Creation of Departments, Bureaus, and Corps
Creation
of Fleet Departments shall fall on the Commander in Chief. The
creation of Bureaus and Corps shall be up to the Commander in Chief,
but the supervision of the creation of these shall be charged to the
Chief of Fleet Operations. Department heads may refer to their
departments as "offices" if desired (i.e.: Office of the
Chief of Fleet Operations, Office of the Judge Advocate General,
Office of the Fleet Academy Commandant, Office of the Fleet Marine
Force Commandant, etc.)
Fleet
Departments shall be overseen by a Rear Admiral with a deputy at the
rank of Captain or Colonel (in the case of the Fleet Marine Force).
All Bureaus and Corps are overseen by a director (at the rank of
Captain or Commander) and an assistant director (at the rank of
Commander or Lt. Commander); in the case of the Bureau of Enlisted
Affairs, the director shall hold the rank of Senior Chief Petty
Officer and the assistant director the rank of Chief Petty Officer.
Section
2 - Department of Fleet Operations
Shall
handle the general operations and administration of the fleet. The
Chief of Fleet Operations is charged with supervising all Bureaus and
Corps as well as all Fleet Divisions and Vessels.
Authorized
Bureaus and Corps within the Department of Fleet Operations: Bureau of
Personnel & Logistics, Bureau
of Public & Diplomatic Relations,
Bureau of News & Information, Bureau of Enlisted Affairs.
Section
3 - Department of the Judge Advocate General
Shall
handle the administration of law and justice within the fleet. Shall
also handle all records of court-martials, reprimands, etc. The Judge
Advocate General may also serve as a judge in court-martials as
directed by the Commander in Chief.

Section 4 -
Department of the Fleet Academy
Shall handle the
administration of training to all new recruits and cadets within the
fleet. Shall also oversee the administration of command training and
testing.

Section 5 -
Department of the Fleet Marine
Force
Shall handle the
administration and general operations of the fleet marine forces.
