Shuttle - Space

Chase tapped the Companel and opened a channel to Whitestar. He had done exactly what the Captain asked of him, now was the time to follow the last task.

Cmdr Ashborn: Ashborn to Adonis. The entire crew has evacuated the ship, Captain. Mr. Skonch along with Lieutenants Thomas and Mitchell are with me aboard a Shuttle and we're standing by to beam you over here immediately.

The Commander waited on the Captain's reply. Chase hoped the CO wasn't planning anything unnecessarily heroic and risking his life to get back at the Intruders that were running amok within Whitestar.

USS Whitestar - Ready Room - Deck 1

Treasar lifted his heavy head up off the desk when he heard the voice of his XO over the com channel. The CO was pleased that the crew was evacuated from the ship and that he was going to be the last to leave.

Capt Adonis: Adonis to Ashborn. I'm ready, energize.

The Captain stood up from behind his desk and waited to be transported directly to the Shuttle where Cmdr Ashborn, LtCmdr Skonch, Lt. JG Mitchell, and Lt. JG Thomas were waiting for him.

Shuttle - Space

Chase activated the Transporter and beamed the Captain aboard the Shuttle. The Commander was happy to see that Capt Adonis was alive and well.

Cmdr Ashborn: It's good to see you again, Captain.

The XO welcomed the Captain with a hearty handshake, before returning to his seat and giving flight instructions to Lt. JG Thomas.

Cmdr Ashborn: Mr. Thomas, take us to Infiniti. I believe we're expected.

Chase sat back and relaxed as he waited for Lt. JG Thomas to pilot them over to Infiniti's Shuttlebay. He was looking forward to meeting Adm Arayuss for the first time, and learning more about the solution to the Deltauran problem.

Dylan was more than happy to comply with Cmdr Ashborn's order to bring them over to Infiniti. It was certainly no trouble at all for him to pilot them over in the Shuttle.

Lt. JG Thomas: You got it, Commander.

Piloting a shuttle was always something the Lieutenant enjoyed, especially when it was to a destination he was looking forward to going. Engaging the engines of the Shuttle, Dylan piloted them directly towards the aft of Infiniti.

As the Shuttle approached the aft section of USS Infiniti, Treasar tapped the companel he was near and hailed Infiniti.

Capt Adonis: Adonis to Infiniti, we're on approach towards your Shuttlebay. Requesting clearance to land.

As the CO waited on a response from Infiniti's Ops Officer, he looked around at the officers inside the Shuttle with him and could see the relief in their faces that they were heading for a safer environment. Except for the face of LtCmdr Skonch of course, his face was expressionless as usual.

The Lieutenant was happy to see the Shuttlebay door of Infiniti open as he heard their Ops Officer respond to Capt Adonis.

Lt. Trylon: Captain Adonis, you have clearance to land.

Lt. JG Thomas: Acknowledged.

Dylan brought the Shuttle in and touched it down softly on the deck of the Shuttlebay. Thrilled to be aboard a vessel that was absent of a Deltauran presence, he shutdown the Shuttle's systems and opened the door so they could exit.

ISSCV - Space

As the ISSCV manuevered around the Shuttles and Escape Pods as it approached USS Whitestar, the General moved up to the Cockpit so he could make a visual inspection of the vessel.

MGen Alderez: There doesn't appear to be any damage on the exterior. Let's hope the interior fared better than Oriskany's did.

Sgt Ferro: It definitely appears to be in good shape on the outside, General. I've keyed in the sequence to open the bow Shuttlebay Doors, so we'll be inside soon.

MGen Alderez: Alright, I'll go take my seat.

The General returned to his seat with the other Marines as they got ready for their arrival aboard the USS Whitestar. Even though they were one man less with Lt. Graham staying behind aboard Oriskany, they were all confident they could handle the task placed upon them.

ISSCV - Bow Shuttlebay

As the ship touched down in the Shuttlebay of Whitestar, it was time to get the Marines up and ready for combat...again. They had another Starship to retake for Starfleet so her crew can return.

GSgt Arbor: Alright! Let's get our asses in gear and get our weapons ready, we cleaned out Oriskany and now it's time to clean out Whitestar! We'll deploy on the General's orders, so get ready to move out !

The Sergeant got his weapon ready and prepared for the door to the ISSCV to open so they could take their positions around the Shuttlebay as ordered by MGen Alderez.

Rex looked at 1Lt. Lopez, 2Lt. Parra, and GSgt Arbor as he got his weapon and moved towards the door of the ISSCV. He could tell the Marines were ready to engage the Deltaurans aboard Whitestar and clear them off.

MGen Alderez: Open the door, Lieutenant Lopez, and let's move out with weapons ready. If you see Deltaurans, take them out with extreme prejudice. We don't want any of them getting too close to us.

As the 1st Lieutenant opened the ISSCV door, the Marines filed out and immediately took a defensive posture as they looked around the vacant Shuttlebay. There didn't appear to be any Deltaurans in sight, but that didn't mean they weren't around. They continued moving together as a unit towards the doors that lead to the corridor outside the Shuttlebay. Since the doors didn't automatically open, it was safe to assume there was no power.

MGen Alderez: We need to get these doors open.

As Rex waited on the doors to open, he kept his weapon ready in case any of the Deltaurans began phasing through the doors or bulkheads in an attempt to attack the Marines here to remove their infestation of USS Whitestar.

Bow Shuttlebay - Deck 12

Upon hearing the order from MGen Alderez, GSgt Arbor turned towards LCpl Hudson, snapped his fingers and pointed towards the closed doors.

GSgt Arbor: Hudson, run a bypass on those doors and get them open!

The Corporal double-timed it up to the panel beside the closed doors, opened it and began running a bypass to get the doors open.

LCpl Hudson: I'm on it, Sarge! Just gimme a few minutes!

Hudson worked for a few minutes before the locking mechanism could be heard and the large doors seperated from each other and retracted into the walls.

LCpl Hudson: Open sesame!

With a sly smirk, Hudson made his way back to the group of Marines and waited along with them for the order to proceed forward into the corridor. GSgt Arbor looked towards the General and waited for the order as well.
