Have fun doing that when you cannot see who you want to save or what's going on in the situation. It's not like you're going to be Professor X (from X-Men) with a blindfold on! _________________

...and how would you describe how the person looks to somebody you want to intercede? Just randomly point around? _________________

Amy, it's telepathy not empathy. Plus Troi is
NOT
blind! _________________

Empathy is just a small part of how she does what she does... So half point no one but Riker really knows the full story

She's only ½ Betazoid, with limited empathic and telepathic abilities. But you're 100% human and you're avoiding the direct answer with Tootie-Babble. If you're going to be CO of Whitestar you need to show you're capable of logical thought and focus on what is being said to you OOC.
The only choice is whether or not you'd willingly go blind just for telepathy, not empathy added on top of that... _________________

There's no right answer here... Everyone choice is bound to be different. So, should I choose to willingly go blind...
Was Picard's choise to willingly be Locutus wrong or right... There's benefits to do so but also cons to choosing also...
That's why there are reasons for me to choose to do so but also reasons not to... The same reason I am a "Neuro" registered patient at Alcor. It may be wrong, it may be right... I don't know... We don't have the technology to prove either argument just yet

You have the freedom to choose to go blind and play with your telepathy. As for Picard, he had
NO
choice becoming Locutus. He was abducted off the Bridge of Enterprise-D and forced into it. You're displaying flawed logic. I will have to re-evaluate the consideration of you being a Commanding Officer in Gamma Fleet. Until then, guide yourself accordingly...you are on notice. _________________
