Even if I didn't have the ability, I wouldn't want to lose my sight to keep it. Too much of my life revolves around having the ability of sight. You might enjoy the debate but it's highly illogical. Would you go blind and not being able to write code and watch YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc just to able to read some people's minds and communicate with your spouse?

If I could do it right now... Yes probably it would have a lot of benefits... Like hearing people thinking of suicide and being able to save them... People planning on doing bad things to good people that you could have intercepted
