Treasar acknowledged Lt. JG Mitchell's messages from USS Infiniti and looked towards Cmdr Ashborn for his thoughts on what they heard.

Capt Adonis: Thank you, Mr. Mitchell. Commander Ashborn, what are your thoughts on this information?

The CO waited patiently for his First Officer to respond to the inquiry that was presented to him.

Chase was somewhat at a loss for words when he heard they would be facing a million Deltaurans in the mass a hundred thousand kilometers ahead. But the Captain asked for his thoughts so that it was he was going to provide.

Cmdr Ashborn: Well Captain, that's certainly a lot of Deltaurans we have to exterminate, so we'll just have to take them on and do the best we can for the galaxy's sake.

The XO wasn't sure if what he said was what Capt Adonis wanted to hear, but to placate the CO was not his job. His job was to honestly tell the Captain what he was asked to provide, the truth.

The Captain nodded with a smirk towards the Executive Officer as he agreed with him.

Capt Adonis: You're right about that, Commander.

Treasar watched the Main Viewer as Whitestar followed behind Infiniti, Oriskany and Explorer towards the Deltauran mass ahead of them.

As Cole continued to monitor the sensor array for any incoming Deltaurans, he noticed a message from USS Explorer so he immediately informed the Captain.

Lt. JG Mitchell: Captain, message from USS Explorer! The fleet is now seventy five thousand kilometers from the Deltauran mass we're on our way to target!

The Ops Officer clenched his toes in anticipation of their arrival to the mass of enemy creatures they must destroy in order to save the galaxy from the sheer terror that awaits them.

Treasar immediately responded to Lt. JG Mitchell's announcement of their distance from their target ahead of them.

Capt Adonis: Thank you, Mr. Mitchell.

The Captain was growing impatient at the amount of time it was taking to complete this mission. He wanted to destroy the Deltauran threat and remove them from the universe.

The Ops Officer smiled at the gratitude from Capt Adonis as he saw the incoming message from USS Infiniti regarding the Deltauran mass and quickly informed his Captain.

Lt. JG Mitchell: Captain, message from Infiniti! Their Science Officer has discovered a very large creature at the center of the mass and according to Professor Brewer and General Alderez the weapons we've modified will be able to destroy it.

Cole continued his scanning of the area making sure there would be no surprises coming their way. It was scary enough being in their realm and sneaking up on them without a surprise attack looming out there somewhere unnoticed.

Treasar heard what Lt. JG Mitchell had said and replied to the Ops Officer.

Capt Adonis: That's good to know, Mr. Mitchell. We'll be ready for them!

The Captain remained in his Command Chair and continued monitoring their situation using the console between his chair and the XO's chair on the other side.

Dylan kept the ship on course for the Deltauran horde, right behind Infiniti which was behind Oriskany with Explorer leading the way. The Lieutenant JG wished the battle was already over so they could be back at Starbase 34 relaxing, instead of dealing with the stress of waiting for what was to come. He leaned over towards Lt. JG Mitchell and whispered to him.

Lt. JG Thomas: I wish this was over already and we could be relaxing back at Starbase 34. It feels like we've been out here for years.

The Flight Control Officer continued keeping Whitestar on course for their destination. It wasn't really hard to do since he had flown shuttles through the asteroid field between Mars and Jupiter before with ease.

Cole heard what Dylan had said and was about to respond when he saw the message from Oriskany about going to Battle Stations and being at Red Alert! He announced it to the Captain right away!

Lt. JG Mitchell: Captain, we've received a message from the Oriskany and they're going to Battle Stations and Red Alert!

The Ops Officer leaned over towards Dylan and whispered his reply.

Lt. JG Mitchell: I agree with you, brother, and it does feel like we've been out here for years too.

The Lieutenant JG readied himself for an order from the Captain that he knew was coming. It looks like the time had come to engage the Deltaurans for the final time.

Treasar heard what Lt. JG Mitchell had said and ordered that Whitestar do the same, the battle was finally getting closer and it would not be long before it was fully underway.

Capt Adonis: Thank you, Mr. Mitchell. Battle Stations, Red Alert!

As the CO readied himself for what was coming he looked around the Bridge, examining each officer preparing themselves and their station for the upcoming conflict.
