Andrea didn't have to think about it for very long, she let the waiter know what she wanted with a smile on her face since she was the one who put the menu for tonight's celebration together.

Lt. JG Russ: I'm going to have the boneless chicken breast, grilled with lemon, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables and for dessert, I'll have the apple cobbler.

The Lieutenant JG was happy that the evening was turning out so well. From the looks on people's faces, they were pleased with the menu cards before them. As the waiter entered her order into his PADD and forwarded it to the preparation tables, he walked over to Infiniti's table and stood beside Como Carpathia and waited on him to place his order for dinner.

The Commodore had been looking at his menu card for quite some time before he could make up his mind just as the waiter came over to get his order. E.J. smiled as he looked up at the waiter and recited what he wanted to eat tonight at the ceremony.

Como Carpathia: The choice between the sirloin and the chicken is really hard to pass up. So I think I will just have to splurge and order my steak medium rare and my chicken breaded and fried. For my side, I'm just going to have a baked potato with extra butter and bacon bits, and some macaroni and cheese with that too. For dessert, we're looking at the apple cobbler for me, heavy on the whipped cream!

The Division 1 Commander completed his heavy order which would surely cause him to gain some weight, he figured it was a celebratory evening and would be alright to indulge himself. When the waiter added all the data into his PADD and forwarded it to the preparation tables, he moved over towards Cmdr Delgado next to take his order.

Aléjandro was all set to order a sirloin steak, until he heard Como Carpathia order the fried chicken the way he used to make it for them years ago. It didn't take much for the XO to change his mind and place his order with the waiter.

Cmdr Delgado: I was going to order the steak, but I think I'll have the chicken breast prepared the same way as the Commodore's with a side of mac and cheese with some chocolate mousse pie for dessert.

The Commander was pleased with his order and couldn't wait for it to arrive. As the waiter typed in the XO's order into his PADD and sent it to the prep tables, he approached the Yeoman who was seated by Cmdr Delgado.

Jansen didn't have to think twice about it, as soon as he heard Como Carpathia, followed by Cmdr Delgado, order their boneless chicken breasts breaded and fried, the Lieutenant planned on ordering the very same.

Lt. Panettiere: I would like to have my boneless chicken breast filleted, breaded and fried with mac and cheese on the side and two chocolate mousse pies!

The Yeoman leaned back in his chair and rubbed his stomach in anticipation of the dinner that would be coming his way. Once the waiter entered Jansen's order on his PADD and sent it over to the preparation tables he went to Lt. Florenté to see what he was going to have for his dinner.

While the Lieutenant was looking over his menu card, he listened to what the CO, XO and Yeoman had ordered and realized that he wanted the same. Ever since Joey had that type of chicken made by the Commodore before they launched on their mission to Sector Epsilon, he had been wanting to have it again.

Lt. Florenté: I'm looking forward to having my chicken breast prepared the same way as Lieutenant Panettiere. Along with that, I'd like some mashed potatoes, coleslaw and just one piece of chocolate mousse pie for dessert.

The Chief Flight Control Officer smiled at Como Carpathia as he couldn't resist telling him how much he enjoyed it when the Commodore made a large amount of fried chicken for them before they left to bring the Modified Phaser Rifles to Oriskany and Whitestar.

Lt. Florenté: I remember when you made us a big batch of your fried chicken, Commodore. It was so delicious! I hope they can make it the same way you did, I've been dying for it ever since.

As the waiter took down Joey's order on the PADD and forwarded it to the preparation tables, he moved over slightly to take the order of LtCmdr Trylon. The Lieutenant was feeling rather hungry tonight and abstained from drinking any champagne on an empty stomach, so he was looking forward to having a drink of the private collection Adm Arayuss supplied once his dinner arrived.

Although William did enjoy the Commodore's fried chicken when he had it before they left for Sector Epsilon, he loved lobster even more. He looked over at the waiter and spoke his order aloud for him to hear, since neither of them were telepathic!

Lt. Commander Trylon: I'll be very happy to have the lobster tonight with a fully loaded baked potato, mixed vegetables and carrot cake for dessert.

The Chief Operations Officer could feel all the eyes on the table staring at him in disbelief over him ordering the lobster for dinner. But that is what he wanted and was more than happy to eat it with lots of butter. As the waiter took down William's order on the PADD in his hand and sent it to the preparation tables, he walked over to take LtCmdr D'Shoua's order from him.

Jared shuddered at the thought of having lobster for dinner! The smell of it reminded him of another aroma he disliked with a vengeance! After hearing so many people order their chicken breasts the way Como Carpathia prepared it for them at the dinner in his place here on SB34 before they left on the mission to Sector Epsilon, it didn't take much for the Chief Sec/Tac Officer to order the same.

Lt. Commander D'Shoua: I'm having my chicken breast the same way as these guys, with the mac and cheese, double that, and the chocolate mousse pie!

The Lieutenant Commander enjoyed another sip of champagne as the waiter jotted down his order on the PADD and sent it to the prep tables. Once he was completed with LtCmdr D'Shoua's order, he moved over to Cwmn Florenté and prepared to take the young Engineer's order.

The Chief Engineer's Mate didn't need to browse the menu since he already heard what he wanted to order. Jamie really enjoyed the fried chicken Como Carpathia made for his crew before they left on their last mission and was looking forward to tasting it again.

Cwmn Florenté: I'll have what my brother is having, fried chicken but with macaroni and cheese, no veggies so double the mac and cheese please! Chocolate mousse pie for me too!

The Crewman smiled at everyone at the table, so proud of being able to sit there with all of them. The waiter entered the order into the PADD and forwarded it to the staff at the preparation tables so it could be made to order for Jamie. Afterwards, the server moved over towards Cmdr Sarrlak to take the Vulcan's order.

Being that Dr. Sarrlak was Vulcan, he was a vegetarian and had no desire to eat any meat. It was only logical for him to order himself a dinner salad, but that would not prevent him from indulging in a Terran dessert.

Cmdr Sarrlak: I will have the dinner salad with the house dressing and a slice of carrot cake.

As the waiter took down the Doctor's order on his PADD and sent it over to the preparation tables, he moved over towards the ship's Counselor, LtCmdr Elbrun. Since Dr. Sarrlak's order was simplistic, he knew it would not take as long to complete, but felt it would be delayed so everyone at the table could eat their meals together.

With today being one of Kestra's cheat days when it came to her strict dieting so the Counselor could look good in her uniform, she placed her order for something she truly was in the mood for.

Lt. Commander Elbrun: I am going to have the sirloin steak, cooked medium, with a fully loaded baked potato, mixed vegetables and the chocolate mousse pie for dessert.

Kestra had not eaten much while they were in Sector Epsilon since her empathic abilities kept her in tune with the anxiety felt throughout the crew of Infiniti. The Counselor was the opposite of a stress-eater, when she was under stress she would barely eat at all. Being here at the ceremony was the first time she could truly relax since the Deltaurans were eliminated from the galaxy. With LtCmdr Elbrun's order placed, the waiter entered the information into his PADD and sent it to the preparation tables. Afterwards, the server walked over towards LtCmdr Joffee to take the Chief Science Officer's order.
