The Marine Captain heard what Counselor Elbrun said to the Commodore and understood where she was coming from. Being that the Counselor was a Betazoid, Chris was aware that she could sense how they were all feeling about the murder of Prof Brewer by the Klingon, Cardassian and Bajoran Alliance.

MCpt Lopez: Commodore, I just want you to know that wherever you go, your Marines will follow. Although, what the Counselor is saying has merit, so you should consider the outcome of an all out attack by us upon the Alliance. They're not the type to cower in fear and never seek revenge for whatever we do there to them. I still feel somebody should be punished for what Jo'Kla did to us, I just don't feel an all out war with the Alliance is a favorable outcome.

The Marine Detachment Commander wanted to make sure Como Carpathia knew they would go with him if need be. Before Chris walked over to speak with the Commodore, he had spoken to his Marines and they unanimously spoke out to go wherever Como Carpathia went. MCpt Lopez was sure others who knew Prof Brewer would make their desires to be part of whatever mission was to take place in order to find those responsible known to the Commodore as well.

E.J. was touched that his crew was willing to follow him on a mission to the Mirror Universe and seek justice on those that made it possible for Jo'Kla to infiltrate our universe and get aboard Event Horizon to murder Prof Brewer and throw the ship so far off it's trajectory that it would've been lost forever had it not been for the ingenuity of Lt. JG DeGrazzio. The Commodore would speak with Adm Arayuss and let him know Infiniti's crew stood with him on a mission to bring the members of the Alliance to justice as soon as a method could be devised.

Como Carpathia: Thank you all for your support on this matter. I will speak with Admiral Arayuss when he's finished consoling Dr. Brewer on the loss of his brother. As soon as a decision is made, I will be sure to let you all know what's going down. As for now, try to enjoy the celebration of Jayden doing what he could to get the crew of Event Horizon home.

The Division 1 Commander once again gave hugs to all who seemed to need it and even those he wasn't sure needed one or not. Infiniti wasn't just a crew, it truly was a family. The Professor was a member of the family so E.J. knew they had to do something to bring those responsible for Prof Brewer's murder to justice. The Commodore kept a watchful eye on the sofa where Adm Arayuss and Dr. Brewer were seated and waited for the opportunity to talk to them regarding condolences and the possibility of bringing those responsible to justice.

David entered the Observation Lounge and could see Infiniti's crew clustered together and wondered why they looked so solemn at a celebratory event. The CO of Oriskany was looking for his Chief Engineer, since he was the CO of Event Horizon. As Capt Calzada looked around the lounge, he finally caught sight of Cmdr Little, lying in a BioBed with a blank look on his face. Standing beside the bed was Dr. Tudismaque, the Chief Medical Officer of the Nova Class vessel. Alongside the bed, was some of Whitestar's crew, including a large Klingon dressed in a Starfleet Captain's uniform. David was unaware who this was, which made him curious. There was also a young boy dressed as an Ensign, which the Captain recognized as a member of the Star Cadets. Since the child was standing so close to the Klingon Captain, David figured he had to be the CO's Yeoman.

Capt Calzada: Does anyone here know why my Chief Engineer is lying in a BioBed, blinking with a blank look on his face? I need to know if he'll be able to report to duty aboard Oriskany in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Tudismaque, is he your patient?

Looking over towards the Klingon Captain, David extended his hand and introduced himself with a friendly smile on his face.

Capt Calzada: I am Captain D. David Calzada of the USS Oriskany. I was the XO of Infiniti under Commodore Carpathia, but I recently got promoted and transferred as Oriskany's Commanding Officer. Who's the young Ensign here, looks like a cute kid.

The Captain of the USS Oriskany waited to hear from Dr. Tudismaque and the Klingon Captain. David wondered if the new Captain was going to be the CO of Sutherland because it was without a Command Crew since it returned and it's temporary crew re-assigned to their original vessels. Capt Calzada waved his hand in front of Cmdr Little's face to see if there was any recognition whatsoever and there was none. David wondered if the Chief Engineer was in some sort of shock. If Lewis was too far gone, Oriskany was going to need a new Chief Engineer so he would need to make some inquiries to the Administrative Staff when he had the chance.

Jacques nodded to Capt Calzada indicating that Cmdr Little was indeed his patient. The Doctor explained the Chief Engineer's mental condition to the Captain of Oriskany, the same way he explained it to Como Carpathia earlier.

Lt. JG Tudismaque: Well Captain, it is my belief that Commander Little is suffering from a severe and rare case of Dissociative Identity Disorder. Which is a severe form of dissociation, a mental process which produces a lack of connection in a person's thoughts, memories, feelings, actions, or sense of identity. Dissociative Identity Disorder is thought to stem from a combination of factors that may include trauma experienced by the person with the disorder. The dissociative aspect is thought to be a coping mechanism, the person literally shuts off or dissociates themselves from a situation or experience that's too violent, traumatic, or painful to assimilate with their conscious self. I don't know his history so I'm not sure what traumatic events Commander Little has suffered from in his past, but from what I was able to ascertain before we left Event Horizon, that seemed to be the prognosis of the mental scan I was able to perform. I definitely feel moving him to the Mental Health facility aboard the Starbase would be the best course of action for right now. But I have a strong feeling that would eventually be a waste of resources and sending him back to Earth would be the best course of action overall. So I'm sorry, Captain Calzada, Commander Little will not be reporting for duty aboard Oriskany or any other ship in the foreseeable future.

The Doctor felt bad having to give the news to Capt Calzada that he no longer had a Chief Engineer for Oriskany. The Captain hadn't even launched his vessel for the first time as Commanding Officer yet before he received news that he no longer had someone to run Main Engineering. Jacques could see Adm Arayuss sitting with Dr. Brewer on the sofa where they both looked very somber. Dr. Tudismaque wanted to go over there and hug Dr. Brewer along with giving him the most sincerely condolences over the loss of his brother. But Jacques did not feel comfortable leaving Cmdr Little yet. So the Doctor decided to wait until the Commander was moved to a mental facility on SB34, before going over to speak to Dr. Brewer.

The CO of USS Whitestar looked back at the fellow Captain, the CO of USS Oriskany, and gave him a hearty handshake as he introduced himself and the Yeoman to Capt Calzada.

Capt Daqtorgh: I am Captain Daqtorgh of the Officer Exchange Program, I am currently assigned to the USS Whitestar. It is my duty to return honor to the name of the ship. Captain Zh'Osha was replaced due to her constant consumption of alcoholic beverages, so I have been told. The Ensign next to me is my Yeoman, Luis Garcia of the Star Cadets Program, he's been also assigned to Whitestar.

The Klingon Captain thought Capt Calzada was honorable for introducing himself when he came over and checked on Cmdr Little's condition. It was a shame the CO of Oriskany did not have a Chief Engineer anymore though. But Daqtorgh knew the absence would not take very long to fill. Gamma Fleet appeared to operate like a well oiled machine and that made the Captain extremely pleased to be a member of it.

The CO of Oriskany absorbed what he was told in regard to Cmdr Little from Dr. Tudismaque. David didn’t know much about Dissociative Identity Disorder, but he did know it rendered the Commander completely useless as his Chief Engineer. Capt Calzada was going to have to talk to RAdm Martinelli about getting a replacement as soon as possible since Oriskany was completely repaired and ready to launch. They just needed an assignment, a Chief Engineer, and possibly a Yeoman if one was available.

David was pleased that Capt Zh’Osha was removed as the Commanding Officer of Whitestar, especially if she was drinking herself into oblivion on a daily basis. Pi’Lar was also a member of the Officer Exchange Program, but she was from Andoria. The Andorian/Aenarian people tended to feel they were superior to everyone else regardless of rank, so Capt Calzada didn’t even want to imagine serving about Whitestar as a junior officer. It would’ve been truly horrible to experience the condescending method Capt Zh’Osha spoke to everyone. Capt Daqtorgh seemed to be nothing like that and that pleased David as he spoke to the Doctor and the Klingon Officer Exchange member that was surely pleased Whitestar was repaired and ready to go. They just needed an assignment as well, since all the positions were filled, right down to the adorable Yeoman eager to please his Captain and crew.

Capt Calzada: I see, Doctor. Looks like I’m going to need a new Chief Engineer and a Yeoman as well since I don’t have one assigned to me yet. I’m glad Captain Zh’Osha got replaced, Captain Daqtorgh. She didn’t sound up to the task of being a Commanding Officer in Starfleet. That sloppy drunk behavior may be a privilege of rank in the Andorian Imperial Guard, but it is certainly unacceptable here. You got yourself a promising Star Cadet, Captain. I need to get myself one of those before we launch on our next assignment. Oriskany has yet to have a Yeoman, so I’d like to make sure it has one this time out. Where did you get Ensign Garcia from, Captain Daqtorgh?

The Captain of the Sovereign Class vessel waited to hear back from the Captain of the Akira Class vessel on where he got such a choice selection of a Star Cadet. Now that Capt Zh’Osha was removed as CO of Whitestar and Capt Daqtorgh took her place, David figured the crew was in much better hands now. The CO of Oriskany just hoped the Klingon Captain wasn’t going to be so focused on honor that he puts his crew in unwarranted danger on a regular basis, like he would aboard a Klingon vessel. When Captain Worf got command of his first vessel, he proved to be a cunning warrior, but always put the lives of his crew first. But there was a significant difference between Daqtorgh and Worf, the latter went through Starfleet Academy and was promoted one rank at a time during his service aboard Enterprise-D and Enterprise-E, plus his work as the Tactical Officer aboard Deep Space Nine and as the CO of USS Defiant during the Dominion War. Daqtorgh went through the KDF and then took a position in Starfleet in the exchange program, so there may be issues with him willing to sacrifice members of his crew in the name of loyalty, duty and honor. David would just have to make sure Cmdr Ashborn is aware of these factors so he knows what to look out for.

The Captain looked back at Capt Calzada and responded honestly regarding Ens Garcia.

Capt Daqtorgh: My Yeoman was assigned to me by the Fleet because he excelled in all the courses in the Star Cadet program. Normally they start off at the rank of Crewman, but Luis did such a good job he was promoted straight to the rank of Ensign. So for that, I am very lucky.

Daqtorgh took the other Captain's hand and shook it while addressing him further.

Capt Daqtorgh: I know the ways of Starfleet and I assure you, the crew and their well being comes first. It gives me honor to serve such a crew. I hope Starfleet sends you a Yeoman and a Chief Engineer to bring your crew to completion.

The Captain of Whitestar gave Capt Calzada a reassuring smile as he stood there beside his Chief Engineer, Chief Flight Control Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Assistant Medical Officer and the Yeoman. Daqtorgh truly was proud to be serving as Commanding Officer of Whitestar and it's crew and knew Capt Calzada must be feeling the same about the crew of Oriskany as well.

David nodded in agreement towards Capt Daqtorgh as they shook hands. Capt Calzada really did hope they could find him a Yeoman like Ens Luis Garcia. As for a Chief Engineer, the CO had no idea who he'd end up with. As for Cmdr Little, having people stand around his BioBed while his eyes flapped like he was sending code was becoming a disturbance to the festivities so David thought it best that he be removed ASAP. Tapping his Combadge, David called to the Medical Deck to have Lewis removed from the Observation Lounge.

Capt Calzada: Captain Calzada to the Med-Deck! Commander Lewis Little is in a BioBed here in the Observation Lounge and I'd like him removed to a Mental Health Facility on the Med-Deck as soon as possible, Use of the Transporter would be best.

Med-Deck Physician's Assistant: Understood, Captain Calzada. We'll have Commander Little beamed over here in the BioBed right away!

A few moments later, the BioBed with Cmdr Little blinking and staring off into space dematerialized and had completely disappeared from view. Capt Daqtorgh offered kind words regarding David's situation so he thanked the tall Klingon Captain before walking over to LtCmdr Graham to see how he was doing.

Capt Calzada: Thank you for the kind words, Captain Daqtorgh. I wish you and your crew the best out there as soon as we get our assignments. I'm going to go over and chat with my Chief Security/Tactical Officer and see how he's doing. Enjoy the celebration, Captain.

Before David walked off he shook the hand of the adorable, young Yeoman, Ens Garcia and wished him the experiences of a lifetime. Capt Calzada spotted LtCmdr Graham standing with LtCmdr Centares, Oriskany's Chief Flight Control Officer. David walked over and addressed both of them in a friendly manner as this was his official first time meeting the both of them.

Capt Calzada: Peter, Ajay, I'm Captain Calzada, CO of Oriskany. I wanted to get a chance to meet you two before we get our next assignment and ship out. How are you both doing now that you're home?

As the CO of Oriskany waited to hear from both LtCmdr Graham and LtCmdr Centares, he noticed that people were more at ease with Cmdr Little out of the Observation Lounge. David spotted RAdm Martinelli and MGen Alderez entering the lounge with smiles on their faces, seeing people they were concerned about, while all the crews that were assembled by FAdm Skyner, were all off on the clandestine mission of Event Horizon's had returned.

Peter was pleased to finally meet Capt Calzada and shook the Captain's hand with a toothy grin on his face. LtCmdr Graham was ecstatic being back aboard SB34 and in their own universe. The Chief Sec/Tac Officer was very excited to be returning to his post aboard Oriskany too. Getting out of the black uniform was something Peter had been looking forward to as soon as they beamed aboard Explorer.

Lt. Commander Graham: It's a pleasure to meet you, Captain. I'm doing much better now that we're all back here. I can't wait to get back into my normal uniform, Sir. I'll be ready to get aboard Oriskany as soon as this celebration is over, Captain. I'm seriously looking forward to manning the Security/Tactical Station for you, Sir.

The Chief Sec/Tac Officer of Oriskany looked over towards LtCmdr Centares who was hugging his wife and son since they arrived a few moments ago. It brought a smile to Peter's face to see a family reunited. Ajay was a family man and he sorely missed Heather and Jaan, a fact that was evident by the tears of joy on the Chief Flight Control Officer's face. Especially since a short time ago they were all under the impression they were going to die aboard Event Horizon. Peter was thrilled beyond the capacity for rational thought over being back aboard SB34. Had it not been for Lt. JG DeGrazzio from Infiniti, none of them would be alive to reunite with their friends and loved ones ever again.

Ajay was hugging his wife Heather and their son Jaan with such warmth and love that he had tears in his eyes. When they were stranded in Universe C-57D, LtCmdr Centares thought he would never see them again. But when the auto-destruct was set, Ajay knew it became a mathematical certainty that they would never be reunited in their lives again. The Lieutenant Commander was so thankful to have his family in his arms once again that he wasn't sure he would want to leave them behind anymore. If there was ever a time to make the requested of his new Commanding Officer, Ajay couldn't think of a better one.

Lt. Commander Centares: I'm honored to meet you, Captain Calzada. I have a special request that I must ask you about. May I have my family aboard Oriskany with me? I don't think I can bear to be away from them anymore.

The Chief Flight Control Officer picked up his young son while holding his wife and continued to hug them. If Ajay couldn't bring his family, he wasn't sure if he could continue being in Starfleet. So LtCmdr Centares waited to hear the decision from Capt Calzada if he still had a career as a Flight Control Officer or would he be returning to Earth on the next Runabout home. Ajay was an exceptional pilot and could easily find himself a job in the private sector flying passengers to their destination on Earth's Spacedock or even Jupiter Station.
