Diandra smiled and noticed some of her hair was out of place but she wasn't in the mood to fix it.

Lt. JG Celeste: Well, my place is always going to need cleaning at this rate. I guess I need interaction myself, the only other people I speak to are Dr. Stiff a.k.a Lt. Sarrlak, and my best friend Sena Olin.

Diandra sat on her couch and moved some things around on the lamp stand beside it. She spoke again.

Lt. JG Celeste: So how did you find your way to Starfleet?

She asked awaiting his answer.

He sat next to her on the couch hoping she would not feel uncomfortable and started talking.

Lt. Surface: Well my parents died when I was young and the family I was with asked me when I got old enough if I wanted to join Starfleet, and I said "Sure." so here I am. The only people I know are you, the Captain and I also know the Vice Admiral.

As he finished talking he noticed she had beautiful eyes.

Diandra looked to him and nodded in acknowledgement as she smiled and responded.

Lt. JG Celeste: See now at least you have high connections. Me, I had lots of influence by my dad's friend Sa'vak a Vulcan. I was young and kind of mocked them I guess he didn't think to kindly of it and kind of challenged me to learn Vulcan ways. It took me ten years but I was able to achieve that discipline. Then Sa'vak surprised me and handed me the ticket to San Fran. That is how I ended up in Starfleet.

Diandra did not mind him at all. She in fact enjoyed Paul's company.

As Paul listened to Diandra speak he could not help but feel a little comfort in her story.

Lt. Surface: Well I'm glad your dad's friend gave you the ticket to San Fran cause you seem to be a bright person and Starfleet is lucky to have someone like you.

As he looked at her with a smile, he waited for her to speak before he got ready to leave.

Diandra redid her hair, and then smiled to him.

Lt. JG: Well, if you ever need me I'm either here..the lounge or in Sickbay taking orders from Dr.Stiff

She knew time was running up so she awaited his response.

As Lt. Suface got up and adjusted his uniform, he smiled at her.

Lt. Surface: Well I have taken up enough of your time. I must be going, your cleaning just reminded me I should go cleaning myself.

Paul looked at her and hesitated to ask her somthing but went ahead and did it.

Lt Surface: Would you care to join me for a drink in the lounge when you get off duty?

As he walked to the door he turned around and waited for her answer.

After about an hour and a half Lt. Ellis took a step back and looked at the completed Harmonic Resonance Chamber with pride. It was complete. The testing was done, and the staff of Engineers stood encircling the chamber and gazed on it with pride as well. This was a result of their hard work together with Lt. Joffee from the Science department.

Lt. Ellis: Excellent work everyone. Let's get this on the hoversled, I have a feeling the Captain's waiting on us.

They worked together and lifted it off the table.

Lt. Ellis: Herschel! Hoversled! ::grunts:: Now!

The young ensign moved the hoversled under the chamber and they lowered it. They took a step back admiring their handiwork. He smiled to Lt. Joffee and nodded.

Lt. Ellis: There you go Mike, 1 Harmonic Resonance Chamber.

Ellis took a small device from this work jacket and handed it to him.

Lt. Ellis: With the modifications you asked for.

He smiled and waited to see if Joffee had anything to say.

Lt. Joffee took the small device from Lt. Ellis and smiled back at him.

Lt. Joffee: Thanks Dave. I hope I don't have to use it. But it's good to have just in case.

He put it with his things and then spoke out to the Bridge.

Lt. Joffee: Joffee to Bridge! Captain, I've got a finished chamber here, where would you like it, Sir?

He waited for the Captain's reply.

As the CO was monitoring the crew in Engineering he heard the request from the Science Officer, and responded.

Capt Carpathia: Lieutenant, take the chamber to the shuttlebay and accompany Commander Calzada and his away team to the location of the Omega Molecule. Carpathia out.

The CO sat there and waited to hear from the XO regarding their departure.

Lt. Joffee acknowledges the Captain and motions to the engineers around him and speaks.

Lt. Joffee: Alrighty, let's get this to the shuttlebay.

Together with the engineers he brings the hoversled with the chamber on it to where the XO and the away team's shuttle is being prepared. Once they arrive, they manuver the chamber into the shuttle and secure it, along with the hoversled. As the engineers leave, he calls out to the XO.

Lt. Joffee: Commander? The chamber is aboard the shuttle.

He awaits the XO's response.
